here are a few I came up with:
30 min of butterfly stretches.
Eating a healthy breakfast.
No Sugar.
Stretching for 30min every time you fill like masterbating I know if I did this I would be Sean Bollinger flexible in 30 days.:D
U must do something for 21 days straight to become used to it and put it into routine
Im going to start masturbating everyday for the next 30 days.
