Anybody need a roommate or want to rent something out around L.A.?
Well I am looking to rent a room, guest house, small house or be a roommate with a cool person. I have been looking allover craigslist for a nice place to stay but then I thought it would be nice to have a roommate who also trained in BJJ where we could watch grappling dvd's, mma etc... I am open to locations from Northridge all the way down to Marina Del rey, including Santa monica, hollywood, brentwood etc... Let me know guys.
Ps: I am clean, professional, organized and mature. I am also 31 years old and make a living by giving physics and math lessons.
