Just wondering how much time you guys devote to stretching and conditioning. I have my days at Mon, Wed, Fri for Conditioning; Tues, Thurs, Sat for Yoga. I still stretch before training, teaching classes, and rolling. What does everybody else do?

Nice Jay!
Eddie preaches yoga all the time to the guys.
I do conditioning (just started) Mon, Wed, and Fri and yoga Tues, Wed, Fri, and Sun, but I am a yoga teacher and do a small self practice almost everyday.
Namaste!
I do yoga for 45 mins every Saturday, run like 4-5 miles nearly every morning (like 5-6 days a week), and do 100 push-ups and sit-ups every day. Every once in a while i'll go to the gym with my buddy and lift (about 1-2x a month), always free weights. 2 hrs of jits on Wednesdays, and that's my entire exercise routine.
I do Muay thai and conditioning Mon. wed. fri. Jits and Yoga tues. Thur. and sat.
My conditioning sucks right now, and has to be worked on. I used to be a manual labourer and that kinda gave me a workout with all the lifting. I do Yoga 3 times a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, but I need to start a conditioning routine. Right now Im only doing bodyweight exercises and running once a week because of time constraints.
I stretch every day, play soccer twice a week, jiu jitsu three days a week, often soccer & jits on the same day, & always stretching while chilling and smoking Herbal Enlightenment.
My flexibility is pretty good. But it could be a lot better I think. I don't stretch everyday like I should so there are days at class when I'm stiff. I should sit in the double lotus while I'm at work. That would probably help. :p
crazy as it sounds, I do alot of streching when I first go to bed. I'm just laying there trying to fall asleep might as well hit a double lotus (lying down, which is a little harder).
