I plan on putting on about 15-20 lbs of muscle by next season
I already have a diet so i just need a strict workout

Nah, if he is a HS kid, he can easily gain 15lbs/year in HS. It will involve alot of squats, Dead lifts, eating, and possibly throwing up in a squat rack, but I have seen alot of kids put on that much quality weight consistently through HS. Now, if he is late 20's or so and thinks he will put on 20 lbs in a year, that may require some juice.
I started HS at 185 and left 245 beastly, but cut back to 230 for college ball. Never took anything that I couldn't but at GNC.
