What's up everybody!

So it's been a long time since I've had the means to post on the forum. I've had a bunch of BIG life changes in the last few months. Moved from NY back to be near my family in MN and help take care of my mom, new job, new apartment, and new fiancee!

I still don't have internet access at home yet (that's it's own story...) but I've been lurking here constantly on my phone (which won't allow me to post... Forum Runner app doesn't like my phone. Or rather, my not-particularly-smart smart phone doesn't like apps in general.). Now that I've started the new job I have interwebs access at work so I'll have more regular access and can participate again! Yay! More threads with super long posts! :D

At any rate, just wanted to say "HI!" I've been here, I just haven't been able to jump into the conversation for a while -- still a 10th Planet brother through and through. I definitely miss the gang in Rochester; once I have a couple of paychecks under my belt and get caught up I'll be hangin' with the fellas at 10th Planet St. Paul. See ya around the forum!

As we got closer and closer to the move date, I became more and more uncomfortable with idea of dragging her halfway across the country on nothing but a promise. In less than a week, I got the blessing from her older brother, her mom & step dad, and a ring. We were leaving on a Friday and I had to work Sunday through Tuesday. Then dinner at her parents Wdnesday, pack the truck Thursday, head out of town late Friday. So I pretty much had the couple of hours after work on Tuesday to get it all together. I proposed at dinner that Wednesday night and she said yes. Well, I said "will you marry me?" and she said "Can I crap myself?!" Then she said yes. Anybody who knows Kristen knows that's just the right response.

I used to not be able to post on my Iphone and downloaded that forum runner app but I tried again one day using the browser and it worked so now I don't even use that forum runner app.
