You're gonna roll on your lunch break?? That's kinda nasty... not only will you not have showered before rolling with your partner (nasty when youve been at work all morning) but you also wont be able to shower after, so you're gonna spend the rest of the day at work full of your training partner's sweat? ...not sanitary! unless of course you have a shower at work also, in which case ignore everything I just said lol.
