why not jist put him in a k1 type fight and fuck all this bullshit, because he is pretty old to become as good of a grappler as the guys in the ufc.
James toney vs anyone with a basic idea of take downs = james toney losing. He has 0 ground game or take down defense. It would be like taking a jiujitsu artist who has absolutely no idea how to close distance and get someone down and putting him against a great striker with basic take down defense. He would just never get a chance to show his skills and would ultimately just be made to look silly. Though if Ken really does want to attempt to stand with Toney.. Game over.. I dont think james is the best boxer in the world by any means.. but he does have a few world titles under his belt.. so hes going to wreck most people with anything less than excellent striking.. (and ken is definitely not known for his striking abilities)
