I use some of Joeys methods but I've also have came up with some of my own . I enjoy training with kettlebells more then standard weights. I'm a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in North Ga and I started with standard weight training but now have moved and been training with body weight and kettlebells for a year and there's a big difference for me. Functional muscle is what I like training ,not bodybuilding training . But Joey has a lot of stuff on youtube of his techniques and train methods.
