University of Leg Locks & Seminar in Decatur, Al

I'll be doing a seminar in Decatur, Al Sunday Nov 13th:

Followed by a 4 day Leg Lock intensive Training Camp:

During the camp I'll be covering: The Reaper series from Butterfly Guard, X-Guard, as a mount escape and the diffrent sweeps, entries, positions of control and a number of submissions. The Russian Cowboy series and counters to the 50/50 Guard will be covered as well.

I have already started icing my knees in preparation.

Nah, however following the camp your future opponents will need to.

I've heard of this Herzog fellow, he must be good!

And he MUST be ready to spend approximately 5 days straight with yours truly!
