Its doing okay! Thanks for asking! Not 100%. Doesnt hurt when i walk on it anymore only really hurts when it get straightened in like a toe hold position. Yesterday was the first day i rolled since i hurt it. And i did fine for about 1 hour. Then i was doing the "Rolling Thunder" tech that denny was showing and i rolled right over it. It was okay but let me know i should let it heal for 1 more week since i am going to HQ.
