Good to have a dedicated group to teach

Resently I've been teaching alot of the basic techniques to 8 people and their really starting to grasp them and perfect them. I'm now going to start teaching them the lock down and going through the simple techniques of how to get the double under hooks and then a couple of sweeps to get side control. I've resently been improving my own skills and exspanding my options from the back and from rubber gaurd looking at the swim move from a variety of positions. Getting to the trunk from the back and options from a failed gogo and going for an arm bar, jiu claw and sorcerer. Everthings going good and going to work on more defence and esapes soon. Hope the rest of the 10thpjj are improving every session and all the best with your training.
