There is only so much staring I can do at a screen all day. I use to learn a lot paging through different magazines when I was younger. Usually while sitting on the toilet, car ride or lunch break.
Thankfully a gym just recently opened 45 minutes of me that former MMA fighter Nick Thompson is helping run, but in the mean time I need some good reading material. Any recommendations? Anything JJ related?
I like Jiu-jitsu magazine myself. They had a cover story and feature on Eddy in issue #2.
I agree, it's a good mag, I keep pestering them for more no-gi articles (hoping for at least one piece in each issue, a column or something) and they more or less said that they will have no-gi stuff but not every issue. Still a solid mag though. Also, Train Hard Fight Easy is very good, more on the training side of things although they do have sections on technique in each mag.
