Whats people sucess with this. Its on the all stars dvd. Im finding my self there quite alot as i have long legs but i find everything is so tight its hard to peel a hand for an arm bar? amazing control tho.

I have great success with this bro. What do you mean it's hard to peel a hand for arm bar?? I find that rather east as my opponent is so jammed up and shoulders are completely locked.
I find it hard to snake my hand in for an arm becuz his shoulders are locked so tight especialy with mma gloves. And find when i do get the arm theres not much leverege to apply arm bar?
I don't know about with mma gloves, but I have the exact same problem without them.Quote:
