I will start regular instruction Thursdays at Alders

I will begin teaching bjj classes every Thursday night at 10th planet Van Nuys/Van Nuys MMA. This starts this week. Classes will include wrestling takedowns, dealing with punches, and sport bjj. If you're interested then hit up Alder or me. If you're already a member then please repost this for all the 818 heads to see. Thanks for the support and I hope to see you there.
