Personal Seminar in MA
been talkin bout doing this for awhile now, seems now is the best time to do it if imma do it.
Format: Open Format (guys&girls) - mostly to tighten up your game (most of you guys are NOGI but i can adapt the lesson to you GI guys who showup)
Date: TBA (maybe before the end of the year/after new years sometime)
Location: I got a friend who has a place so when we work out the location ill have it posted.
Price: $15 (if you cant afford, private message me and we'll work it out)
Equipment: whatever you roll with (Males: compression shirt/rash guard, shorts, mouthguard, cup, Females: sports bra, rash guard/compression shirt and shorts that you can tie around you)

So if you were selling a car would you tell me to buy it then pop the hood and drive it around and see if I got a good deal? Every body who holds a seminar list there qualifications rank, experience, titles won. Don't try to duck the question just answer it.
