I am still kinda up in the air on this. It has great potential I think..
Its still a diamond in the rough no doubt, lots of things I could see improved.. but I think its fairly new. If your looking for any kind of a p90x this is kinda neat. They obviously try to capitalize on peoples desires for belts and the MMA craze.. but if your short on cash or away from home it is free.

They show you the work outs, then you do it in what they call a "fight" format. Basically it runs you through a set of stretches etc, then into a workout that has rounds and rests. Ive yet to see them really use much for needed equipment other then a resistance band. They offer alternate work outs in case you are unable to do a certain set due to injury etc. At the end you log your work out and as you continue you move up in "Belts". You can issue challenges as well.. but im not really sure how that works.
