Brandon Mccaghren foley seminar was amazing!!!

i had the pleasure of hosting a seminar at my gym taught by brandon mccaghren of 10p decatur over the weekend and it was absolutely amazing. Brandon is not only a gifted instructor but an all around great person as well. his attention to detail was huge. we covered the twister and twister side control series and even the newest people in the gym were finding it easy to grasp. if you ever have the chance to work with him i strongly advise it. thanks again brandon for the time and energy you dedicated to helping us learn the system.[IMG]http://i1228.photobucket.com/albums/...minargroug.jpg[/IMG]
