anybody have a link to a video or instructions on how to do the standing position twister that eddie does in the video? i kind of get the basic idea of how but id enjoy seeing a tutorial on it =] ive been away from 10th planet for a while driving some friends on tour and im hoping to get caught up soon haha so if anyone has any ideas or links id enjoy seeing them ^.^
