hey guys has any1 played with the 100% from the bottom half guard. i have been hitting it a bit on higher level guys but have got to a stalemate as its been hard to flip them over? I have maintained control but not much else. Also im wanting to look into the 100% from top half guard but wanting to know people reveiws on it. is it high percentage? for example stopping the roll and swicthing the legs?
