For cya puproses there is a clause that states the NDAA can not overwrite "any" existing law... This means if you have an attorney, make sure they are aware of this clause, then you can have representation, and will have to be charged or released ;) But poor people are fucked! It's total bullshit, we need to demand this issue to be placed on the ballot, and a clause of our own stating the US people would have to vote on a nationwide ballot to surrender any rights we are already afforded. In other words, on US citizens can vote to surrender their own rights!
