I remember seeing this on Art Suave a while ago. I'm thinking about getting the dvd. Have you guys tried before?

I wish I had the floor space. :( Looks helpful. Like a combo of Andre Galvao's drill to win stuff and yoga. I bought Galvao's book. Looks amazing. Havent been able to use it though since I have no floor space.

We been doing them as our warmups for about a year now. Absolutely amazing stuff.
