For Gracie Nationals Only - As an adult competitor I understand that I might be tested for Performance Enhancing Drugs and this test will be conducted at the Event. Further Blood testing might be required within a month of the competition.
That's crazy.
Nooooooooo!!! I wonder if its cuz of us? And i asked in a different thread but does anyone know if they do this for the ADCC?

Drug test are not cheap, I'm with Eddie, sounds like more of a deterrent.
I think it is cool if they do it. they are doing right by notifying everyone. I wonder what they will do if they catch someone. Are they going to oust them in a publication? Ban them for life? Spread there name around the circuit or somthing? Interesting to me.
If anyone actually does get tested I can only see the winners of black belt divisions getting tested. Again, that is a HUGE if.
So what you're saying is, this kid might not be able to compete?
