Holy shiiiat.. Who does that?? :)
That's pretty sick, and could prolly work in an mma fight too, hmmmm...
When he posted his head to avoid the pin I thought his spine was about to get snapped. How do they avoid broken necks in wrestling anyways? Seems nuts to just plant your forehead against the mat as you're flying towards it.
Ippon! Wait wrong sport
Spend alot of time in neck bridges and on your head and it becomes a natural post for your body. I love this. Anything that requires you to be a super athlete to pull it off.
I have no idea how you should go about putting the reps in on this one. Maybe practice with your partner leaning forward to make that spin onto your feet easier. Mad props to anyone who can pull this one off, I think your right bobby the super athlete requirement!
I guarantee his vertical is bananas. He was also vaulting off the opponent. Mad lift when done right.
I think the guy's name is Ellis Scott, this was at junior worlds this past yr i think. I cant remember what school he wrestles for.
Ellis Coleman came up when I looked it up. Sadly he only won bronze at the event. He wrestles for Northern Michigan.
