Love those leg drags. We've been working on some variations in class, but I've been looking for some kind of video instructional, particularly when the guy defends the initial drag by threading his other leg through.
awesome! still trying to figure out how to successfully do them no-gi. Been trying to grab the dude's leg hairs but most of my training partners shave their legs for some reason.....j/k:)
Lost count of how many times Ive watched the bit where Rafa drills that leg drag pass no gi in his training for ADCC highlight. Very slick.
