On to the new vid. Loads of people have been getting into spiral/De La Riva/reverse DLR/inverted/etc. Are you just not getting it? Maybe you understand it, but it's still a little clunky? I've been getting lots of requests on how to improve their ability to go upside down. I break down the fundamentals, and show different exercises to practice going upside down.
