First impressions of 10th planet melbourne

I've just got off the plane back from my first trip to the aus hq of 10th planet aka 10th planet Melbourne and all i can say is WOW

Frankie barca is a AMAZING COACH he picked up on all my error and corrected them asap then ran me through a couple of dipsets which can only add more venom and raise those percentages through the roof the small technical details i was shown will help me drastically improve my game


if you have ever met frank you know that with in the first 30 seconds of speaking with him that he is a man that has a incredible passion and drive for jiujitsu and martial arts in a whole which is reflected in his gym and his family whom i got to meet also



i look forward to returning to melbourne in the next couple of months and continuing my training with frank and all the 10th planet crew it was truly life altering couple of days
