Just an update....

Well as a few of you may remember i had a lot of stuff going on recently. I sold my gym due to constant disagreements with my ex business partner, and some other things were happening too. Anyway it led me to not training for nearly a month. However it free's me up to train wherever i want now, which was the main aim for me when i finally decided enough was enough, i had to get rid of the gym. Especially as i am still so early in my own development.

So anyway, yesterday was my first day getting back into the swing of things, and started of with a bang. 2 sessions in 1 day. 1 K1, the other no-gi. Felt a little rusty but should only take me a couple sessions to feel back to normal.

Also, i have found a new hall/premises to train out of and take my own classes too, as a lot of my friends and their friends are asking me to teach them some stuff as my style is so different to all theirs (they are all more traditional and all pretty new to JJ anyway). Plus one of my buddies is going to come over and teach some stand-up too. The facilities are only costing me £10 per hour. Handy having an aunt that basically runs it and deals with the bookings etc LOL. Means i can pretty much use it once, twice or ten times per week if i want.

At least things are looking up now. Am so happy to be back training and doing my own thing again. Hopefully looking to start competing again in 4 weeks time.
