NSAIDs Hamper Ligament and Tendon Healing

My ankle is injured right now and I was searching the net to read up on recovery suggestions, etc and found this. This is good to know. I was actually eating 2 Aleve pills a day, thinking it would help.

Joe that supplement I told you about is Cissus Quadrangularis. I use Super Cissus RX by USP Labs+an advanced e-stim called "Matrix". I swear a totally under appreciated tool that I now have in my healing arsenal is an electric muscle stimulation machine. I crank it up for about 10 minutes over whatever part of me is injured (my knee right now) It promotes healing from the inside and causes no negative side affects. Screw these pharmaceutical companies, grow your own medicine and electrocute yourself!
