Director of the Combat Sports Authority of New South Wales is bad at basic arithmetic
Fallowing the conclusion of UFC on FX 2 event in Sydney Australia, Craig Waller, the executive director of the Combat Sports Authority of New South Wales, informed Dana White that he had miscalculated the scores of the flyweight tournament bout between Demetrious Johnson and Ian McCall. Mighty Mouse didn't win, the fight was actually a majority draw.
It wasn't bad judging this time that gave the fight to Johnson, it was bad math! The UFC is booking a rematch, but I still wish there would of been a fourth round. Apparently we can't count on an athletic commission's ability to judge or do basic arithmetic.
