almost everyone on this forum is big into yoga...ive only dabbled in it but im sure they will tell you its helped a lot

Yoga is the best supplement to Jiu Jitsu by far. Strength, Flexibility, Dexterity, Stress Relief, what more could you want ;)
i do yoga 3 to 4 times a week it definetly helps your jj
yes, Dexterity and Flexibilty in my legs is greatly improved going to yoga twice a week for only a month now.
I don't do "yoga" but I do all kinds of stretching it makes a big difference :)
If it's good enough for Rickson then it sure as hell is good enough for me.
Check out Jason Eisner/Rebel Yoga. Yoga programs that cater to athletes/jj/mma. All the mma fighters i know wont talk about it but everyone of them does yoga either to help wth the weight cut or flexibilty or injury prevention.
