Better get an MRI homie! Mine gave out on me quite a few times couldn't hold guard when 170 lbers postured up! come to find out it was torn ACL and Medial Minescus! Not worth waiting if ya can afford it fix it!
Yeah, work your weak side for a while. Are you huggin the shit out of your knee around the lower quad and calf? Puts the pressure on the 'skeletal structure'(Zog) instead of the joint.
