I just purchased AlphaBrain and ShroomTech Sport wholesale to sell through my gym.
I was wondering how many of you guys take it to help with your bjj game?
I find with the AlphaBrain I notice available submissions and transitions quicker, plus I sometimes have crazy bjj dreams.
I haven't taken the ShroomTech Sport yet.
What do you guys think of them? Do you find they help you? Was it worth the price?
I take both, and while alphabrain does have slightly noticeable effects, shroomtech is VERY noticeable, just do a search on twitter and look and peoples results for S&C, Crossfit, muay thai, bjj, it really seems to be giving people noticeable stamina improvements.
I really feel like I never run out of energy and cardiovascular regeneration seems to take just a minute no matter what before your good to go again, and most people i've spoken to share this experience. The most noticeable effect has to be between round or between exercise regeneration, it seems like your energy is there much quicker. I've heard cordyceps have alot of ATP replenishing functionality but haven't researched that, but if true obviously would provide alot of benefit. Highly recommended to anyone rolling hard and often or doing anything with endurance.

Thru my second bottle of Alpha Brain. And i didnt notice any gain more than 5htp, and i sugest 5htp for all my friends. I do not partake in the sacred plant, maby that might effect my overall clarity.
New Mood worked as good as other 5htp ive taken. So if you have the means id say New Mood is worth giving a try.
As for Shroom Tech Sport, I Fully 100% support this product! During Core workouts, cardio, pad work, and rolling my muscles would become exhausted and i thought "im done" only to realize seconds later i was thinking"Ok Whats next". I leave the gym now because i run out of time not energy. Tomorrow im going to push deep and do both Muay Thai work out, then stay for a full Jits class, then see how long i can push thru and roll.
I have also used Shroom Tech Immune. I was sick from travel when i got back from Thai Land. And took it past when i felt better. I seemed to recover faster than my wife. But ill have to test further before i can really say if it helped.
I hope this is usefull.
Does anyone know if you need to take the ShroomTech Sport regularly for it to work? Like does it need to build up in your system? Because I'm only able to make it to jiu jitsu class once or twice a week right now so I would only want to take it the day I'm gonna train, otherwise I feel like I'd be wasting a lot of money. Someone who knows what they're talking about who could explain to me how it works would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
I noticed shroom tech's effects clearly the very first time, I have heard it works BETTER over time because your body builds it up, but I was only taking it on my most exhausting workout days, now that im training 5 hours a day 5 days a week, im taking it every training session. So from what I understand and have experienced, it works great first time, and will continue to work even better as your bodies more and more used to it until the point tolerance starts to bell against your bodies processing, although I haven't heard of anyone having to increase a dose due to tolerance...
