Blackberry crapping out, suggestions?

I was thinking of getting the iphone 4, its only going to cost me 50 to upgrade. the 4s is about 200 more which is a bit expensive, what about android phones though? personally i find the samsungs a bit like a knock off the iphone but ive heard good things about them. Anyone tech savy about all the latest phones?

I like my I phone 4 wish I had 4s though its a lot faster.

4s is great. i had the droid x before. no comparison. 4s is way better. camera/video is amazing too
