Randy Butler has actually done the most literal damage; he ripped a guy's ACL off with the electric chair. Sounded like a shotgun went off in the gym.

I've been blessed with a bunch of killers some just dont compete as much as others, Sarkis one of my heavyweight easily has as many highlights and Scott and Huan, but we didn't record our competitions as much in the past. Over all I have a great group of guys/gals that listen and are very coachable, and the results show as a result of their hard work.

All old stuff for Jeff we are getting together another compilation.
He's no Ryan hall for Triangles but he's at around 35 triangles out of his 45 or so subs in competition :)
But hey Ryans numbers started somewhere too :) ..... and most of Jeff's are cooler cuz he uses RG.
The Dexter thing is cuz he looks like Dexter ... and for the most part finishes everyone.
