things to do after a failed guillotine
different grips
guard arms bars
mount stuff
Your favorite ways to submit a larger stronger opponent from top side pleeeeeze.
What do you like to chain and why? What is the philosophy behind your approach.
kimura escapes/sweeps when you have your opponent in half gaurd
RUBBER GUARD. PLEASE. Perpendicular jiu claw. Kung fu baggit. Forcing a mother fucking Zombie. rggdgf
Guillotines :)
On MTS Eddie provides some really advanced stuff on a regular basis. What he's not showing, is the basics. The only "authentic" source for the basics is the Mastering the Rubber Guard DVD set but that was filmed quite some time ago and I'm sure there are bits and pieces that can be added to the explanation of the core techniques. And let's not forget, we never got a Master the Twister DVD set, so basic stuff like how to do Twister Side Control or how to submit from The Truck have never been put onto video. The basics get mentioned when Eddie is doing an advanced technique on MTS, but that isn't the same as having instruction purely devoted to those basics.
Do it! Id watch all the techniques
options for passing various types of guard, that seems to be the biggest omission from the mtrg & mtt books. if you wanted to do any vids on countering 10thP techniques, that'd be cool as well. most of the ones out there aren't very practical.
Guard techniques such as your "chill bar". And also some guard passing. :)
good flying subs :)
The choke setups you taught at Johns 2 seminars ago were top notch and now a regular part of our program. Oh and LMV2.0 :)
+1
Basics for the Twister, Twister Side Control, etc. would be wonderful
I feel that the 10th Planet top game is given less attention than the bottom, and there really isn't much access to info on the twister anywhere as far as I can tell in terms of other instructionals. I love the Twister book, but I hate trying to figure out the intricacies of a move frame by frame. I believe that the details that can be shown involving TSC and the twister need to be given more attention.
Weird little details that black belts say in passing but take for granted. Those details always seem to make or break techniques for me.
Well, if you put anything out, i'll watch the hell out of it!
- Side Mount escapes
- North South escapes
- Your "A game", although i guess you wouldnt want that out on youtube, is there not a way to post them on here? Or all videos, for that matter???
Leg lock series transitions based off 10th Planet positions? Pipe dream of mine :) Guillotine variations, you got some good ones Goo.
sweeps and darces =)
I think you should post things that are high % for you and give us explnations of how you got them up to a high level.
anything you want to share, denny, will be greatly appreciated
Maybe some defense. Some proper submission escapes and counters.
As said a million times, anything you show would be much appreciated, but im with AJ on this one, the little details black belts always seem to say but not go in depth with, it would be a HUGE benefit. Also some more D'arce setups, I love that sub.
Do itttttt

how about some wristlock set ups?
***Twister Flipping****
-Whatever that is....
I'd like to see counters to counters and defense. Most "instructional" videos only address what to do if someone is not hip to your moves and there is no serious defense. I like to know what the battle is from both perspectives-just more in depth.
+1 to "anything you would like to show is appreciated". Other than that, I'd like to see some subs from TSC, and some options in Mission Control when the guys is really tight and won't let you Zombie, or otherwise progress. Also, you seem really good at jumping closed guard without letting your opponent prepare or grab your knee for 2 points. Maybe some details on that?
+1!!! hellz yeah a section of ponderings and observations on technique and attitude or whatever would be like jewels from the heavens. maybe a collab from all the blkblts in a little pocket book. " the book of ten rings", a collection of observations, poems and nuances from the 10th planet...foreword by Master Eddie Bravo! Id like to preorder mine right now :)
money moves/ go to moves
Doesn't matter..ill watch it either way
Thank you everyone for the ideas.
just throw in some of your own original techniques. anything will more than likely be useful sir
How to grow mad facial hair!
