remember that you weigh in right before your first match with your clothes on (rashguard, shorts, etc.), so give yourself at least a 2-3lbs allowance (with your clothes on) since your scale at home might give a different reading than the scale at the tourney.
Ant Lopez just won Nationals and will be there at World as well. Hopefully we will have a few others there as well.
