I don't believe this is a pro members only poll. I'm pretty sure someone could sit at home, make up fake logins and vote repeatedly and essentially decide NWOTY single handedly.

If it is supposed to be set for paid members only, it isn't. I just had one of our students sign up and try it and he was able to cast a vote.
