I will say this as far as rank goes: I was promoted by a non 10P instructor to purple. At that time (and even now) I didn't feel up to the task nor did I feel I deserved the rank. I consistently get smashed by Derek ' blue belts and given the chance to roll with any of you murderers would probably yield the same outcome, if I get the chance to roll with Eddie at the Midwest Training Camp my skills and abilities will probably not be to that of a purple belt in his eyes. I've asked derek to demote me and he refused. Does this really take away from my credibility or standing in the community? I hope not...

Sadly false, Nathan got his Blue, Purple, Brown and Black from Eddie. I have never seen Eddie jump a rank on someone. Even when people are monsters like Nathan, he still brings them up through the ranks. Nathan had his blue belt for 2 weeks before getting his purple.

Two weeks Phill, that's pretty much the same promotion. Maybe it was Mike Dewitt, I remember Eddie posting about how amazing they did against the HQ purples. Even if no had done it, it's not bad to shoot for the moon is it?
