I like Ron Paul. I do disagree with him on abortion and creationism.
There are very few candidates that you find that you can agree about everything with them on.
As far as his views on creationism go, evolution is only a theory. It's not scientific fact. With the evidence presented it may be the closest thing to fact that we have, but it is not fact. Creationism is an alternative theory, and though I may not agree with it, as a theory it holds the same weight as evolution.
There is also something to be said for Paul's views on Civil Rights. Anytime the government has fast tracked things in this arena it has gone badly. I'm not saying that any person is better than another when it comes to race. What I am saying is that when the United States government has legislated for race, sex or any other group protections there has been a divided country and violence. The legislation has been poorly thought out and led to more problems than it has solved.
