Not a documentary necessarily, but I've been reading a book called Reich of the Black Sun: Nazi Secret Weapons & The Cold War Allied Legend. Talks at great length about how the Nazis probably developed nuclear weapons long before we did, and in fact our atomic bombs were actually German bombs that we confiscated. Also theorizes that the Nazis used a nuclear weapon against the Soviets on the Eastern front. Lots of crazy information.

Also, I'm sure it's been mentioned already, but Loose Change was dope. Don't know if I believe all of it, but it was a pretty extensive documentary.
