Wasn't giving advice, just my supportive opinion. Brent even if it had never been accomplished, it's still something to shoot for. I was shooting for less than 6 months on my blue and got it in 7. High goals aren't bad imo

I was there when Nathan first showed up at HQ. I can't remember if Eddie had already awarded Nathan a blue belt or not but that first trip ended with Nathan receiving a purple belt. He was arguably a brown belt as he beat or stalemated with the brown belts he faced but you have to get your purple belt first. No one goes from blue to brown. As I remember it, Nathan handled everyone until he ran into the black belts. He was purple for a bit before receiving his brown.
