Brown belt Derek Stewart seminar at 10th Planet St. Louis

Super excited to see everyone Saturday, I think Cody and ant will be venturing out as well

Derek is an awesome instructor. He brings over 20 years of martial arts experience to the table. He is very detail oriented and anyone in the area should attend.. Or you'll probably end up getting tapped by someone who did ;)

Awesome seminar Derek put on. Learned some solid whip up variations. Worked on some De la Riva to Xguard variations as well.
Ant and Lon- I sent Derek a bag of licorice I would have bought more but they were all sold out.

Thanks for a great mini seminar Derek. Yes $20 was a steal. Derek lived up to to his reputation as a great instructor. I cant wait to have him out again sometime. Next time we will have to plan it on a non holiday weekend though:confused:
