Usually nothing wrong with Rest, Ice, Ibuproren for a day or two then go see a Doctor, if it stays the same, go to doctor right away if it gets worse.Elbows heal slowly. I'm still not 100% from an armlock pop two months ago.

Sounds like a cubital tunnel syndrom. Doctor is your best bet. Also icing and not using the arm/hand too much a couple of days.
I feel your pain. I ended up in the ER two weeks ago...Grade 2 MCL tear while training for Sub League. As hard as it is to have to sit Sub League out, I know its for the best so I dont end up out for even a longer period of time.
A visit to the Dr. should help you determine if you're "hurt" or "injured". If there is something wrong, the sooner you get it looked at the better off you are. Just be prepared if he tells you to take some time off if needed.
Wow thats way worse than mine....I hope. I really just want to make sure I am good for Gracie Worlds. Subleague is great but Worlds are priority so I wont be too devastated if I need to sit on the shelf for a bit. :)Quote:

I agree, missing Worlds would SUCK!! Slow down your training and get it looked at...only two weeks 'til Sub Leauge! We will be heading down to Portland anyway as Mikey (our 9-year old) will be competing. You and I can sit in the stands and talk about how we would have kicked everybody's asses!!
