My wife bought this protein powder and she doesn't like the taste of it, so I have been using it after classes. It's Chocolate flavoured. I don't know if that kind of stuff really helps, or if it's just a gimmick. This stuff is from Melaleuca, so I assume it's all natural but I haven't actually verified that.
Everything else they sell us is either all natural or more than the store-bought stuff. Anyways, do you guys use protein powders?
I might consider continuing with it if it's not just hype.
