Here's another Kung fu master that isn't to happy about MMA, and has some rather strong and peculiar opinions.. His name is Master Wong. I thought it was a parody at first, but it isn't. It's a funny video, but extremely long, and not like hilarious or anything. But worth the watch if you are bored. There's another video out there where he covers chin na, Kung fu joint locks, as part of some hong kong police force martial art. It's not horrible in that sense, but he manages to show a lot of stuff that seems to have a really low success ratio, and then explains how this is better than the "gay MMA" :D Anyway, that's another vid, this is about MMA in general. I want to say one thing, I'm not really hating on kung fu, not at all, but I really don't like master Wongs mindset and some of the stuff he says, kinda small minded.

yes and with the rise of MMA/bjj etc their traditional kung fu or whatever schools are now struggling/closing down, so they are bound to be a little bit butthurt and bitter. They could go down the route of learning themselves, getting instructors in to teach at their schools and stuff like that, but instead of embracing it guys like this guy try and fight it. It is silly, and a stance that will leave themm with no stuudents left to teach and will put them in financial ruin. :-)Quote:
