Just hearing him on Joe's podcast, sounded to me like nothing but the most basic common sense-you could read in Men's Health magazine or whatever. I didn't get the feeling he knows about real nutrition, at least he didn't feel like talking about it with Joey Diaz interrupting him the whole time. Made me skeptical to buy the books, since so many people review it as terrible. Glad to get another take from this forum.

There are many ways of cutting a lot of weight. The technique of higher salt before the final cutt so you retain water was interesting. Then you shed more water once you remove the salt(hypothetically). Seem to make sense.
