And by that I mean there food is at least real, not healthy, but real food.

If i have just finished training and cant get home in time to prepare a proper meal you can bet your ass i am jumping in subway, mcdonalds or whatever. Might well be high in calories, and not very good for you, but sure as shit better for recovery than eating nothing. :-)
Even if its late after training theres always things like gas stations, where you can pick up a pint of milk and a granola bar. But if the supermarkets are open, whole chicken and green machine is pretty darn tasty.
It's actually cheaper to buy a couple pieces of fresh fruit anyways, compared to a Deep-friend, GMO chicken burger combo.
Subway veggie sub could be an option ?
