NAGA Chicago (Aug. 18th) Plan Hatch

Should we register under 10th planet even though we are just ronins? I remember a post that said just register under 10th planet instead of each individual gym so we can count toward the team award. Also, should we stay at a hotel near the comp or someplace close and drive in?

It depends on where you're trying to stay. Did you have any thought on hotels? But regardless of that register as 10th planet only. This will insure that you'll be put on opposite ends of the bracket so you don't face another 10P guy in the first match.

Just dont mess with the mexican gangs or pilson crews and you'll be fine. If ur by ciero and weed street they got some ametur mma fights going on if ur interested

Just remember, everyone is nervous, every one you go against will have to deal with being a little shaky. In my competition days I was super duper nervous, it's totally normal. Once you get your first match out of the way, the nerves are easier to manage. Once you win, all those nerves turn into super duper joy, good luck!! :)

Just to reenforce what john said -- Every make sure to put JUST '10th planet' as their team, not '10th planet chicago' or '10th planet st louis' JUST '10th planet'. So we are placed at opposite ends of brackets, and can all be pooled together for the team score.

Some of the best advice you'll ever get Taylor. Everyone at Chicago North Knows James is an excellent Coach so you're in good hands. I'm sure you will do just fine! Keep Training Hard :-)

We all register under 10th Planet instead of 10p chicago or indy or whatever so they put our guys on diffrent ends of the brackets and the points add up for the team total. My neck is still healing so I will be running around coaching. See you there.

Great. I can acutually eat before weigh ins.:rolleyes: The lightest masters division is 154.9 and I'm 151 right now. Need to gain a few pounds!!
