i actually saw that video today. what makes the choke so effective? is it harder to defend that a traditional RNC?

I like transtioning to Baret Yoshida's choke no gi. And a shin choke in the gi. Both kinda douchey moves, but they look cool so..... :)

i'll take any excuse i can get to set in an arm triangle.

I actually land armbar transitions from the back every so often and it's an awesome feeling, otherwise RNC :)
