Ive been preferring the whip down because people seem to love to try to darce me when I whip up no matter how tight I am they always fight for that stinkin neck.
The whip down is when you're on bottom in lockdown and dude on top has head and arm control, taking away your underhook. Whipping down at the right moment, when his head and arm isn't squoze 100%, will allow you to suck out your trapped arm.
Try reaching up for their far shoulder and when they dig deep for the darce, wrap that arm and hit the mechanic.Quote:
